The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton's portfolio of brands by defining, creating, and delivering exceptional multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive business results. What will I be doing? The Hilton Enterprise Marketing team leads marketing strategy and execution through activities that elevate the value of the Hilton enterprise in the hearts and minds of consumers. As the Director, Enterprise Brand Marketing, you will report to the Senior Director, Enterprise Brand Strategy and handle Hilton Enterprise Brand Identity and marketing efforts related to Customer Promise work. We will depend on you to oversee branding, marketing and activation plans, including briefing, creative development, production and measurement. You will work closely with the regional Marketing teams on Enterprise Brand Identity & Customer Promise messaging. More specifically, you will: Oversee enterprise brand identity including creation of new assets, updates to brand bar, and communication of guidelines throughout the organization. Handle a new effort to create a treatment that internal teams can use to establish inspiring, differentiated identities built upon the look and feel of the master brand. This includes liaising with various departments across the organization to align and maintain consistency. Craft purpose-driven campaign for Customer Promise marketing planning activities and campaign execution, handling multiple agencies with a specific focus on global, integrated creative, and on-property activation. Handle agency selection process and onboarding including a global RFP for Customer Promise work. Lead large-scale production, working with Senior Manager, Enterprise Marketing to bring campaign to life with creative agency. Collaborate with Regional Enterprise Marketing teams in EMEA & APAC to ensure that critical regional market nuisances/needs are gathered and addressed upstream. Contribute to media planning in close collaboration with Hilton Centers of Excellence in media planning, social and PR, working with the Senior Manager, Enterprise Brand Marketing. Direct creative agencies of record to ensure positive relationships and facilitate groundbreaking, extraordinary work. Present Customer Promise progress with inspiring visuals, persuasive recommendations and helpful touches that adapt the information to make it concise and meaningful for each audience. Collaborate with key partners, and actively lead across the enterprise, with a focus on Regions, Brand teams, and Internal Communications. Handle Enterprise Customer Promise Marketing & Brand Identity budgets, including ratio of working to non-working dollars and monthly/quarterly forecasting and actuals reconciliation. What are we looking for? We believe success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills: Creative and design eye with experience evaluating creative Ability to build positive relationships across a matrixed, dynamic organization Ability to collaborate while persuasively selling-in ideas Excellent communication and collaboration skills Comfortable presenting information to audiences including brand leadership, owners and hotel teams Microsoft office proficiency with advanced PowerPoint skills To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: BA/BS Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications or related field Eight (8) years in Global Hospitality Marketing Five (5) years in agency management Two (2) years of ad agency experience Two (2) years working outside the United States 20% travel time both domestic and international It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: MA/MS Master's Degree One (1) year on-property hotel experience Digital Marketing Experience Knowledge of franchise organizations What will it be like to work for Hilton?
