Cybersecurity Program Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as a senior Cybersecurity SME supporting the client's monitoring program area, maintain responsibility for instantiating Monitoring Resilience Management Model (RMM) processes and instantiating identified recommendations within the area.  Establish and maintain the program, refine requirements, identify infrastructure and gaps, specify measurements and analysis procedures, collect and record information from various sources, analyze measurement data, and distribute information. Work very closely with Incident Management and Control, Vulnerability Assessment, Risk Management, and other CISO areas and write, gather, and submit evidence of activities. Work closely with the USPS Manager, Threat Operations, and Threat Intelligence Unit to complete this assigned tasks.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with project management and strategy development

-Experience with documentation and research expertise to properly create and maintain living documents

-Experience with conducting security and risk assessments using a common framework, including NIST 800-53, DIACAP, ICD-503, or SOX

-Knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, FIPS 199, NIST 800-34, Risk Management Framework, FISMA, and configuration management

-Ability to facilitate, track, and coordinate the roadmap and activities of monitoring, measurement, and analysis

-Ability to self-delegate, prioritize, and multitask under limited supervision

-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with or as part of a Threat Operations or Threat Intelligence team

-Knowledge of Lean management and the CERT Resilience Management Model (RMM) a plus

-BA or BS degree

-CEH, CISSP, Security+, or similar Certification

-PMP Certification
