Responsibilities:Campus Recruiting (entry level and internship) Strategy and Program DesignTalent Acquisition Communication Program DevelopmentAssessment Tool DesignCandidate Diversity Outreach Program DevelopmentTalent Acquisition ConsultingTalent Acquisition Policy & Procedures Development Oversees all Talent Acquisition Metrics & AnalyticsTalent Acquisition Best Practice Trends & ResearchSupervise Campus RecruitersRequired Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or business related field 8+ years of experience in progressive talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years leading strategic recruiting programs in a regional or national capacityThorough knowledge of recruiting practices including, but not limited to, employment policies and practices, legal compliance, sourcing solutions, interviewing and selection techniquesAbility to synthesize the needs of all offices and determine where consistency is required and where flexibility is appropriateDemonstrated ability to use a collaborative and consultative approach Strong knowledge of all Federal, State, and Local employment lawsAbility to maintain confidentiality and build, establish and maintain trust and credibility Ability to travel to multiple office locations Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and HR systemsAbility to travel up to 30%Preferred Skills:Master's degree HRCI PHR or SHRM-CP designation HR experience in professional services industry UltiPro, WCN, Cornerstone, and RedCarpet systems experiencePrior experience in Talent Acquisition roleLearn morewww.cohnreznick.comConnect with us www.linkedin.com/company/cohnreznick-llpwww.facebook.com/cohnreznickhttps://twitter.com/cr_careers CohnReznick is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
