Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an Executive Assistant III who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. The Executive Assistant III supports the Chief Medical Officer & Senior Medical Staff leaders including Medical Staff President, Vice-President, Past-President and Secretary/Treasurer with high-level administrative functions by managing Executive's calendar; calendar assist for the Senior Medical Staff leaders as well as scheduling meetings, conducting research, conferences, teleconferences and taking/transcribing minutes. Serves as the gate keeper and point of contact for the Medical Staff. Responsible for the Medical Staff's bookkeeping including deposits, printing checks, reconciliations and annual budget. Qualified candidates will possess:
• Bachelor's Degree Required, preferred in Health care or Business\t
• 5-8 years demonstrated administrative experience is required; Experience maintaining an Executive's calendar in C-Suite environment
• PMP or other Executive Assistant Certifications Preferred
