Research Program Analyst, Junior

Key Role:
Provide program support and analysis for senior-level DoD clients and contractors, including preparing briefings and other documents and planning and coordinating tasks. Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational expertise in a fast-paced environment. Manage multiple simultaneous tasks independently, sometimes with limited guidance, while maintaining a high quality of work. Perform client-facing work with a consistently positive and professional attitude.

Basic Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience in a professional work environment
-Ability to work daily on the client site in Arlington, VA
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
-Experience with the DoD preferred
-Ability to show flexibility and deal with fast-paced situations
-Ability to take on multiple tasks
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
-Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance preferred
