Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the WorldRecruiter (Sourcer)This Sourcer/Recruiter role supports our Global Logistics and Stability Operations business unit. This business unit provides a range of critical services for US and foreign governments on seven continents. The Recruiter will provide recruiting support to a number of programs within this business unit. The goal of our recruiting and deployment teams is to provide a world class recruiting and deployment experience.This position is responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing talent for the organization. To be successful in this role, individuals must be expert hunters, organized, sense of urgency, competitive and able to thrive in a high-volume, results-oriented work culture.Essential duties include: Sources talent by utilizing the ATS, job boards, postings, and referralsScreens talent to ensure candidates are:Technically qualified, cultural fitsVetted for their interest in the role (location, compensation, etc.)Able and prepared to deploy on the required timeline and take information requirements seriouslyFollows key candidate conversations with planned communication templates and infographics to ensure candidates are well prepared to swiftly move through the deployment processSubmits applicants and schedules interviews, assists hiring manager in decision processMay recruit for proposal efforts in addition to funded requisitionsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related fieldMinimum two years of recruiting experience; preferably within staffing, construction or government contracting industryExcellent sales skills, persuasive, and charismaticGreat organizer, on top of all issues and does not waste time presenting weak candidatesSolutions oriented and creative, out of the box thinker, identifies ways of working smartlyProficient with Microsoft office Suite, including Word, Excel PowerPoint and OutlookAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
