A growing public accounting Firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for our Bethesda, MD office. This role provides administrative support in recruitment, as well as other administrative duties in the HR Department. These duties include assisting with recruiting efforts, scheduling interviews, completing background checks, maintaining employee records as well as providing general HR support when required in the areas of training and development, onboarding and benefits administration. Local travel to college campuses in peak season, may require overnight stay. Position Responsibilities Recruitment: Reviewing applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements Developing sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs Utilizing traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies to look for passive candidates Conducting phone, skype and in-person interviews for assigned positions Timely scheduling interviews across multiple locations Working closely with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and as well as the effectiveness and success of the recruitment process. Preparing monthly status reports on recruitment activity Drafting and posting all open positions on career websites, job boards and other sources Providing guidance to the hiring team on recruiting methods as well as preparing and maintaining interview questions Maintaining accurate interview notes in the applicant tracking system Staying up-to-date with current recruiting trends Creating offer letters Managing background check process Coordinating and attending all the college recruiting initiatives to include career fairs, on campus interviews and in-house recruiting day Coordinating the Firm's Summer Internship and Externship programs HR Administration: Assisting in the employee onboarding and offboarding Administering 90-day check-in surveys Providing administrative support for training and development Maintaining contracts for existing sourcing tools Maintaining employees' personnel files to ensure legal compliance Updating the HR home page in the Firm's intranet as required Assisting with Firm newsletter Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field, preferably in professional services environment Knowledge of all full-cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to sourcing, qualifying, and assessing candidates Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Customer service oriented with ability to work across all levels of the firm and managing changing priorities Attention to detail About Us Calibre is an established and growing public accounting firm with a 80-year history in the Washington, DC, NYC, LA and Chicago markets.
