PRO-Telligent, A Tetra Tech Company, needs an Electrical Engineer with a US Govt. Secret Security Clearance for renovation of 5,465 gross square meter US Embassy Compound Building and new construction of Compound Access Control building (CAC) in Copenhagen, Denmark with State Dept. Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) starting in April. The Project Design, Bid, Build Embassy Renovation and Construction 5,465 Gross Square Meter Building Renovation Original electrical system is from 1954 Renovation includes new electrical service, telecomm, data and upgrade to existing fire alarm system. Embassy will remain operational and no interruptions to current services are allowable. Multi-phase due to necessity for swing space. Construction of New Compound Access Control Building (CAC) Project Duration is 36 months / we ask for a minimum commitment of 1 year. Housing and transportation allowances provided. Uplift includes 42% COLA Full benefits included (medical, dental, vision, 30 days paid time off a year, paid round trip flights home throughout assignment) Position Description Provide full range of critical engineering, construction quality assurance, and technical oversight. Perform technical inspections of electrical work, monitor construction contractor's quality control program, and review project drawings to ensure compliance. Observe onsite construction and determine if construction elements are being installed, formed, and executed properly. Monitor construction progress with regard to project schedule and submit weekly progress reports with recommendations based on technical review of project documents and field inspections. Requirements US Govt.
