The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills and effective verbal and written communication abilities. Responsibilities include: Accounts Payable coding and input Accounts Receivable deposit and application Answers telephones, reads and routes incoming mail, filing Overseeing dynamic loading dock scheduling, support and supervision Interacting with wide range of trades and all levels of tenant organizations Tracking and following up on tenant work requests Assisting with contract administration and oversight Drafting various correspondence COI administration Assist Manager with planning tenant events and appreciation program Other administrative support duties to Senior Property Manager and property management office Skills needed: Excellent verbal and written skills The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Proficiency in Word and Excel a must Knowledge of purchase orders, work orders Knowledge of MRI a plus Experience in a commercial real estate / tenant relations environment is a plus
