  • GS-14: One year experience at the GS-13 level or equivalent performing all of the following: Provides federal staffing and placement services in a human resources operations office, provides complex and/or controversial federal classification services to serviced clients; performs employee relations services to resolve conflicts and develop resolutions; and managing, directing, supervising or leading teams/groups in an HR operations environment.

    This is a supervisory position. Under provision of the Civil Service Reform Act, first-time supervisors are required to serve a one year supervisory probationary period before their appointment becomes final. Those who do not satisfactorily complete this probationary period will be returned to positions of no lower grade and pay than those they occupied before assuming their supervisory assignment.
