You'll help create training material with an Integrated Development Team (IDT) following the ADDIE model. This is a chance to use your technical skills and creativity to come up with new ideas to make engaging, interactive learning experiences on screen or in the classroom. You'll use cutting-edge software and instructional strategies and methods to successfully create engaging, interactive learning solutions. Communication is key, so you'll meet with your IDT (SMEs, instructors, multimedia specialists, course managers throughout the ADDIE process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback.
