Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level, which is directly related to this line of work AND be fluent in Spanish and/or Creole and the English language.

Specialized Experience: is experience that has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Such specialized experience is defined as knowledge of all aspects of multimedia (web, radio, television); demonstrated knowledge in the presentation and production of news, entertainment, panel discussions, and coverage of special events on radio programs both live and recorded; demonstrated ability in speaking, writing, and planning of production for television, radio and digital programs in Spanish and/or Creole languages; planning, organizing, producing, directing, recording and broadcasting programs for radio, television and web; including knowledge in development technologies in order to product state-of-the art multimedia and social media content.
