We are currently looking for Automation Testers / QA Analysts to join one of engagements on our commercial side. This position will be located onsite with our client in Herndon, VA with some travel to Washington, DC. The project entails a major initiative known as Life of Loan, a multiyear initiative to develop and integrate with a highly custom software platform in order to improve analysis of lender credit, customer service, customer engagement, sponsor assessment, risk management, and operations. The initiative will eventually permeate all functions of the Multifamily segment. This position is at first an Agile Coach, and then a Scrum Master, advising and serving two development teams. The role will serve two development teams, working on a broad array of financial industry data. The primary task is to review the current data surrounding the multifamily business processes, and to make recommendations on the data when it is imported into a new financial system.

Responsibilities/Required Skills:
  • Ability to independently develop and conduct test plans, test sets, and testing methodology documentation
  • Ability to present Test/QA findings to management, senior management, stakeholders, or other vendors, in the form of documentation and/or presentation decks
  • Ability to write and speak clearly, and communicate status of complex tests is a must
  • Ability to work with popular test automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Selenium, Cucumber)
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum processes is a must
  • Work with Technology Team members and architects in a high-energy environment
  • Must be a proven resource who can learn the business process right away and focus on delivery
  • At least 5 years of automation testing/QA experience
  • Working proficiency in at least one test automation platform (e.g., Jenkins, Selenium, Cucumber)
  • BA or BS in Business Management, or Information Systems or equivalent work experience required
  • Ability to work within the US without sponsorship

Preferred Skills:
  • Multifamily/commercial real estate/mortgage industry experience a plus
