Human Resources Generalist/ Recruiter
Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services, Inc. (UBCSS) is seeking a full time Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter to coordinate the employee recruitment strategies and activities for the UBCSS operation and ensure that adequate staffing levels are maintained within the operations. The Recruiter will be responsible for completion of weekly reports on employment activity, consulting with operation management to determine staffing needs, analyzing information provided on a prospective employee's application form, conducting pre-screening interview and determining the suitability of the applicant for employment, setting up the follow-up interview to ensure that all pertinent documents are given to the hiring supervisor. In addition, the Recruiter is responsible for all internal and external advertisement of vacant positions in accordance with UBCSS budgetary requirements, maintains applicant tracking system and applicant flow log to distribute to respective operations, develops groups and potential referral sources. The Recruiter works collaboratively with management personnel to determine program needs for internships and maintains on-going relationships with educational institutions. Attendance at job fairs and representation at community activities is an integral part of this position. The Recruiter administers pre-employment screenings, coordinates on-boarding activities, personnel file maintenance and credentialing/paneling of our licensed doctors/nurse practitioners/therapists and directs the efforts of employment agencies by negotiating and controlling employment related fees.Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred. SHRM designation preferred. At least three (3) years of recruitment experience desired. A valid driver's license is required.
