  • Successful completion of an one-year probationary and supervisory probationary period is required (unless already completed).
  • Specialized Experience
    GS-15: Must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 Federal grade level performing the following duties; planning and assigning program/budget analysis projects and supervising/leading staff; establishing and developing budgets and program spending levels; conducting studies and analyses to assess the impact of the agency's resource decisions; and communicating extensively and establishing relationships with the Executive staff to ensure program/resource support; and representing the agency at key meetings dealing with budget, resource, and policy issues.
