The Data Coordinator:
Works under general supervision from the administrative director to coordinate and facilitate performance improvement and quality activities through data collection, analysis, and reporting. The Data Coordinator also provides fiscal support for contract billing and assists in audit readiness activities for regulatory requirements. They also Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information and performance improvement information. Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
1.\tPerforms data collection, analysis, reporting and management for all departments.
2.\tMaintains data and graphs for departmental Measures of Success.
i.\tCollects data from multiple sources to create graphs
3.\tProvides ongoing support of the performance improvement plan across the organization.
4.\tAssist with compliance and quality with accreditation and other regulatory standards.
5.\tParticipates in audit readiness activities.
6.\tWorks collaboratively with Lourie Center leadership teams to collect data, assist with analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
7.\tParticipates in establishing methodologies to collect and track data.
8.\tEnsures confidentiality, as appropriate, of all data contained in the reporting process.
9.\tPrepares monthly grant billing, as assigned (less than 10% of time).

5.\tAbility to handle a multi-task environment.
6.\tStrong organizational skills.
7.\tAbility to work independently and in a team environment.
8.\tGood verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
9.\tIntermediate or advanced PC skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Work Schedule:


Monday-Friday, Days only. Some travel may be necessary as needed.
