Senior Consultant Multi-Family Operations6 Month Contract (Relocation Opportunity) London, UK Our client is a London-based real estate company specialised in investing, developing and managing multi-family residential and student accommodation properties in UK and Southern Europe. They are now seeking to hire a Senior Consultant Multi-Family Operations from the US who has first-hand experience in managing multi-family real estate portfolios. The role is a six month fixed-term contract based in London, UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate real estate professional to come in and assist our client with the setting up of their operations platform for a high quality multi-asset portfolio of multi-family properties in the UK. Our client's primary priority is to set up resources that allow for operational excellence and a high degree of resident satisfaction. The role involves working closely with the MD and Operations Director. You'll be based in London, the capital of England and a bustling global hub that's rich with diversity and culture. As a Senior Consultant Multi-Family Operations, you will be leading and advising the team on the leasing, operations and asset management of our client's multi-family housing platform, both in the UK and mainland Europe. In this important role, you will set and implement asset management strategies, policies and initiatives to ensure financial objectives are achieved. You will provide leadership and guidance to teams, negotiate costs and contracts with suppliers and analyze financial records and budgets.
