    Specialized experience: For the GS-09, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: 
    - Providing help desk support in troubleshooting client workstations, tablets, and servers AND
    - Analyzing equipment and software capabilities in a windows environment; AND
    - Assisting in serving as a network administrator or server administrator AND
    - Preparing technical documentation and reports.

    OR
    You may substitute education for general or specialized experience as follows:
    Master's degree or equivalent or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree. Attach a copy of transcript or list of college courses designating semester or quarter hours earned to ensure proper credit.

    Specialized experience: For the GS-07 you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: 
    - Monitoring and addressing helpdesk tickets from employees through a database; AND
    - Assisting technical specialists in updating IT procedures.
    OR
    You may substitute education for general or specialized experience as follows:
    Completion of 1 full year of graduate level education in related field of computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems, or networks or Superior Academic Achievement based on a bachelor's degree that is demonstrated through class standing (upper 1/3 of class); or grade point average (2.95/4.0 overall or 3.5/4.0 in major), or election to membership in a qualifying national scholastic honor society. (Attach copy of transcript or list of college courses designating semester or quarter hours earned to ensure proper credit.     In addition to meeting specialized experience, applicants must also show proficiency in 1) attention to detail, 2) customer service, 3) oral communication, and 4) problem solving.

    CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
