The process consultant leads process improvement engagements in administrative an academic units, focused on improving enterprise operations. They work, lead teams and engage in independent work to identify, scope, assess, and provide recommendations to leaders on campus. In addition to experience leading process improvement efforts, the ideal candidate will have experience with organizational and complex organizational design. Activities will include interviewing, facilitating discovery sessions, process modeling, and developing recommendations briefs. 

Minimum Qualifications: 



Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.


At least 3 years of demonstrated process experience in industry or academic settings


Superior analytical skills, logic and problem solving skills.
Knowledge of Business Process Analysis methodologies.
Knowledge of Service Delivery.
Experiencing executing change and/or business process improvement efforts.
Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity and ability to learn on the fly to understand and solve new problems.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and written in a manner which is clear, logical and consistent.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
Ability to effectively work as a team and independently.

Masters degree in business, engineering, or social science
Familiarity with higher education
Familiarity with organizational development

Physical demands:  

•Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.
•Sitting for extended periods of time.
•Dexterity of hands and fingers required to operate a computer keyboard or mouse, and to handle other computer components.
•Walking to partner and customer offices.
•Potential travel 1-2 times a year.
