DCS is looking for an experience systems engineer to assist with the management of an Army acquisition program. The position is on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.
Essential Job Functions:
Acquiring the next generation of Positioning, Navigation and Timing products.
Providing systems engineering expertise to the team as the products progress through the DoD 5000 process.
Required Skills:
Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's in Engineering and 12 years' of related experience or a Master's degree and 10 years' of experience.
Must have a Secret security clearance.
Demonstrate the ability to decompose system level requirements to sub-system performance specifications.
Be familiar with entry/exit criteria for system engineering process throughout the acquisition process.
Have an understanding of the Department Of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
Have experience with Agile System Development / Rapid Prototyping Process.
Be familiar with Risk Management Framework(RMF) / Information Assurance / Program Protection Process.
Fully understand of Technology Readiness Levels (TRLs) Entry / Exit Criteria.
Possess Technical understanding of required support for Test Plan Development and Review.
Have Experience with SoS architecture and Systems integration.

DAWIA certifications.
