Counterintelligence Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Support the full range of counterintelligence (CI) activities, including CI investigations and operations and CI analysis, such as all-source analytic, operational activities, or both. Assimilate, evaluate, and interpret all-source information concerning counterintelligence, counter threats, counterespionage, threats to or against agency personnel, programs, information systems or facilities, analysis and distribution of all-source information, as required, conduct internal and external liaison, perform threat analysis, threat forecasts, and threat alerts. Provide recommendations, prepare and conduct tailored briefings and debriefings, conduct counterintelligence damage assessments, and advise on counterintelligence operations.

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with analytical problem solving, including conducting investigations and operations for CI, counter threats, and counterespionage
-Experience with intelligence regulations and oversight principles, including comprehension of geospatial-intelligence products, capabilities, and missions applicable to CI functions
-Experience with intelligence analysis, including counterintelligence, counter threat, all-source, and law enforcement missions
-Experience with offensive CI operations or CI investigations
-Experience with intelligence community (IC) roles, responsibilities, organizations, and capabilities
-Knowledge of the organizations and functions of the DoD, CI, and HUMINT community
-Knowledge of the structure, policies, and directives of national intelligence agencies and organizations
-Ability to interact with military and civilian senior representatives of national intelligence agencies
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree or 4 years of experience as an analyst in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with all-source analytics
-Experience with Palantir, Analyst Notebook, or similar network analysis methods
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Credentialed from a recognized counterintelligence training school preferred
