Pontoon is looking for an Accountant Recruiter for a client in Alexandria, VA This position will be recruiting for Accountants and IT Auditors, in the cleared space. Must work onsite in Alexandria, Va. RESPONSIBILITIES:Full life cycle recruiter, recruiting for Accountant and IT Auditors in the cleared environment . Must have experience working for a government contractor or a Big 4 firm on the federal side. * Proactively build qualified talent pipelines to meet growing business demands through internet sourcing, recruitment marketing campaigns, events and more. * Provide recruiting expertise by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technology and sourcing tools, best practices, legal developments, and benchmark comparisons. * Manage, evaluate and develop innovative direct sourcing plans to attract diverse talent to our core, developing, and emerging businesses. * 5+ years of recruiting for Accountants, auditors, It Auditors with clearances, ( Secret, TS, and TS/SCI) * Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and methods (Internet Search, Social Media, LinkedIn etc.) * ATS Experience a must, * Excellent relationship builder, networking, and communication skills. * Skilled at partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to create effective sourcing plans and assessment metrics with the ability to manage customer expectations.
