Strategy Operations Analyst

Key Role:

Manage larger and more complex projects. Be involved in the selection of project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining and acquiring the resources needed. Apply expertise in the entire scope and requirements of projects and work with team members and functional area management requesting projects. Provide operational advisory support for a major DoD client while assisting with the capabilities, processes, and technologies that support organizationally wide sharing and safeguarding of information, development of policies and procedures, and coordinating efforts between the organization and the intelligence community (IC).

Basic Qualifications: 

-5+ years of experience in supporting DoD and the IC with operational and intelligence assessments, information systems, strategies, and report writing and editing

-5+ years of experience with providing DoD and IC consulting support in a specialized area, including military operations, IC capabilities, or IT security assessments

-3+ years of experience with SharePoint, including page development, list and library creation, and multi-level permissioning

-Ability to show flexibility, initiative, and innovation in dealing with ambiguous, fast-paced situations

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications: 

-2+ years of experience in the DoD and working with DoD civilians or military

-2+ years of experience with DoD military operations

-Experience with working in an action officer or executive assistant role

-Experience with congressional reporting

-Experience with requirements gathering, process documentation, and analysis

-Possession of excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

-Possession of excellent presentation and briefing skills
