Prison Fellowship seeks to restore those affected by crime and incarceration by introducing prisoners, victims, and their families to a new hope available through Jesus Christ. We accomplish this by training and inspiring churches and communities—inside and outside of prison —to support the restoration of those affected by incarceration. We equip wardens, prison staff, and volunteers, including men and women serving time, to create safer, more rehabilitative prisons that prepare prisoners to return to their communities as good neighbors. We advocate for a criminal justice system that upholds restorative values, so that communities are safer, victims are respected, and those who have caused harm are transformed. Outside prisons, we collaborate with churches, para-church organizations, and local service providers to support families with loved ones behind bars and people affected by crime.

The Marketing Manager is a key member of Prison Fellowship's Marketing Communications team and will serve in an in-house ad agency setting. The manager will serve as the marketing lead for the Advocacy team and will work in collaboration with marketing team members (communications, video, web, social media, etc.) to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, including those for Outrageous Justice, Second Chance Month, federal and state policy work, Justice Declaration, and Faith & Justice Fellowship, and ensure marketing products are executed per the brand strategy and guidelines. 

They will work collaboratively with the Director, Digital Marketing & Acquisition to create acquisition campaigns to increase visibility, qualified leads, and nurturing for advocacy priorities. Ensure all campaigns meet the strategic organizational goals, tracking KPIs and adjusting as necessary to ensure ROI and other goals are met. Leverage CRM for analytics to design, create, and implement effective marketing campaigns. Work with the writing team on drafting op-eds and the digital team to define social media campaigns for advocacy priorities to maximize grassroots engagement. Coordinate any video and events needs with appropriate team lead.
