Data Systems Analysts, Inc. is searching for a Project Manager This position is contingent upon award. The PM duties include but are not limited to the following: 1. Provides project supervision and management. Manages and directs technical project/program personnel to ensure objectives are met with quality and levels of performance. 2. Manages large projects involving multi-functional tasking and substantial complexity sometimes with sub-projects. 3. Develops work plans and supervises major system life cycle support tasks/functions including requirements definition, acquisition, integration, test and evaluation, fielding/installation, and disposition. 4. Responsible for developing, monitoring and reporting on, project budgets and schedules, and meeting deliverables. 5. Manage a complex software development program in a cloud and/or FedRAMP cloud environment. 6. Able to supervise staff, manage financials, manage customer expectations, develop project plans, create and track schedules, communicate both positive and negative messages to staff and the client, earn the respect of a bright team, meet the customer needs, and be held accountable for outcomes. Required Skills Include: " 8 years or more of relevant hands-on experience in a Project Management role on programs of significant complexity, where these efforts involved delivering cloud based software development solutions. Proven prior experience successfully delivering complex Software Development programs. " A minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT projects for a Federal Agency. " Experience managing Agile and Scrum software development projects. " Experience leading on premise migrations to AWS cloud environments. Experience managing teams of five or more staff. Able to supervise bright, highly educated, and energetic staff members. " Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. " Current PMP certification. " Experience interacting successfully with senior leaders within an organization. Experience serving as a manager in a client-facing role. " Strong skills in the following key areas: strategic thinking, multitasking, conflict management, time management, planning and executing a defined plan. " Strong communication skills. Includes an ability to speak, read, and write fluent English. " Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. " Gov. Cloud Migration experience. " Agile related Certification. " AWS or other cloud certification. Education Required: Master's degree or equivalent and 5 years of relevant experience or bachelor's and 8 years of relevant experience. This position may be located at the NARA location 8601 Adelphi Road/College Park, MD or at our DSA McLean VA Office. MUST HAVE ELIGIBILITY TO OBTAIN PUBLIC TRUST CLEARANCE ; this will be verified prior to interview. Therefore, only US Citizens can be considered for this position.
