Inovalon is seeking a Product Technology Support Manager to oversee a team of business analysts in managing ePASS application suite. The Product Manager develops and manages the product plan and backlog, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholder teams to deliver client product-specific functionality. As a Product Manager, you will work collaboratively in our fast paced environment on duties, often in a cross-functional capacity that may be inclusive of leading product development, operations, data analytics, reporting, documentation and execution-related areas in support of Inovalon's clinical enterprise tools and core product suite. Responsibilities Implement the product strategy and roadmap that supports business and operational needs for service delivery including business requirements; Understand current and planned business offerings, programs, and processes, and work with business stakeholders to support these needs and requirements in our information technology solutions; Facilitate and conduct regular meetings with Product Management, Information Technology and Business Partners to ensure the understanding, clarification, and implementation of requirements in the development environment; Working with direct reports to develop comprehensive business requirements for system driven solutions, to process gaps and required new functionality; Define and manage delivery of periodic product updates and enhancements; Provide training and documentation for relevant areas for internal and external users; Responsible for coaching and developing associates and fostering associate engagement; Act as a leader within the company and serve as a product expert; Define and manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all new product features and enhancements, analysis and reporting, and defect management; Coordinate product implementations and all aspects of release planning and work closely with counterparts in Information Technology for both operations and development; and Maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding products, services, infrastructure and operations of the Company to achieve optimal insight into the Company's product development, capabilities, and functionality requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree; preferably in health care related area or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred; 5 years of business and/or data analysis experience with increasing responsibility; 2 years of managerial experience; Experience in driving product development, preferably in an Agile software development environment; Experience leading meetings and presenting information to senior leadership Strong analytical and problem solving skills; Excellent and pro-active verbal and written communication skills; Excellent interpersonal skills including effective listening and negotiation skills; Ability to set priorities and work on multiple tasks simultaneously; Strong work ethic, autonomy and dependability; Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills; and Solutions-oriented and able to make independent decisions.
