A Lead Banquet Cook is responsible for working with the chefs, cooks, and other team members in the kitchen to prepare and direct meal preparation. A lead cook helps prepare and cook food following recipes while assisting on the line when needed and with banquet functions, keeps inventory of items needed for meal service throughout the day, assists the chefs with ordering, trains and coaches team members, helps maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, and other duties in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.What will I be doing?As a Lead Cook, you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.
