Supervises the dining room staff in proper service of residents during all meal times. Assigns and coordinates the duties of servers and the hosting staff. Maintains the cleanliness of the dining room and directs the staff in the overall effective and efficient operation of the dining room. Reports to and is supervised by the executive Chef. FT Position with occasional weekend schedule.Develops and maintains a working knowledge of all policies pertaining to the position, the department and the personnel. Trains the server and host staff. Handles resident complaints promptly and reports them to the Executive Chef. Monitors the employee timecards for accuracy and compliance. Welcomes to residents as well as family members to meals and assists them with seating arrangements. Monitor compliance with all dining room areas being open for service.
