You will support the Director of Financial Reporting focusing on all aspects of revenue recognition, equity compensation, quarterly financial statement and SOX 404 reporting. Responsibilities include ? Assist with preparation of supporting schedules for Reports on Form 10-K/Q in accordance with US GAAP. ? Responsible for monthly accounting for revenue, AR, cost of sales and inventory including the preparation of journal entries and related workpapers. ? Assist in quarterly SOX compliance efforts including preparation of documentation (narratives and flowcharts), and execution of periodic testing. ? Assist in the analysis of accounting issues in accordance within the guidance of ASC 606 or other sections. Assist the Accounting Manager with the coordination of the annual benefit plan audits and preparation of related Form 5500s ? Prepare monthly Statement of Cash Flow. ? Responsible for preparation of journal entries and reconciliations related to equity compensation. ? Prepare customer invoices in accordance with customer contract terms, pricing provisions and shipping schedules. ? Support external and internal audit requests and inquiries.
