SUMMARY Works closely with the Human Resources Team, Area Managers, and Service Line Leaders coordinating the efforts of recruiting, Team Member relations, HR records management, and administrative support. KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATION Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field. Recruiting experience with prior use of an Applicant Tracking System, candidate database, and social media platforms a plus. Two to three years of experience in the Human Resources field. Familiarity with human resource information system (HRIS). Strong knowledge of computers with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular). SKILLS AND ABILITIES Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities, following up as needed. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to use time effectively and productively. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in building relationships. Self-starter with high degree of initiative. Ability to work with minimal supervision and determine solutions. Must recognize the importance of teamwork and collaboration. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong business acumen and ability to engage and influence all leadership levels. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and capable of establishing priorities in an often-ambiguous environment. MAIN DUTIES Coordinates employment hiring procedures to include internal and external vacancies. Recruits applicants for available positions using creative solutions to attract candidates according to budget. Assist with scheduling interviews, verifying references, requesting background checks through vendor, coordinating employment offers. Use applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants throughout the selection phase to include collection of onboarding documentation. Coordinates and attends job/career fairs. Follows up with interviewers and candidates. Conducts new hire orientation of policies and procedures. Coordinates Team Member s first-day schedule with Corporate HR. Completes I-9 and other onboarding items using the HRIS/Onboarding system. Administer Awards Program Process Quarterly Team Member Service Awards. Process STAR and Certification Awards. Assist the Accounting Team with processing MBP Store Vouchers. Manage Team Member electronic file management system, ensuring documents are filed in appropriate folders Maintain confidentiality of all personnel information. Ability to travel up to 30% with occasional overnight trips. ADDITIONAL DUTIES Make photocopies, fax documents, file documents, prepare correspondence, and perform other clerical functions. Participate in team meetings and attend other meetings and seminars. Coordinates with Corporate HR to handle former MBP Team Member reference checks. Attends job-related seminars and professional association meetings. Assist HR Team with special projects. Other duties as assigned.
