The successful candidate will have at least four years of recruiting experience to include Federal contracting experience. The recruiter will perform full life cycle recruiting and will maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, leadership, and candidates/applicants. Additional skills, responsibilities, and experience listed below:Responsible for overseeing the selection and hiring process of candidates to meet organization staffing requirementsConsult with internal clients on recruitment issues, interviewing techniques, hiring decisions and market dataInterview, screen, and evaluate external and internal candidates for job openings to identify applicants who fully meet the position requirements of posted requisitions Ensure that Kearney & Company's internal applicant tracking system, iCIMS, is maintained and completed; applicants are dispositioned according to OFCCP guidelines; internal candidates are dispositioned and contacted appropriatelyManage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process with minimal guidanceSource and network candidatesReview applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirementsManage and coordinate communications with candidatesSupport Kearney's College Recruiting Program as neededExcellent verbal and written communication skills requiredBA/BS degree from an accredited college/university in Human Resources or other related majorMinimum four years of full life cycle recruiting experienceRecruiting experience in the Federal Contracting arena and understanding of OFCCP Compliance is requiredUnderstanding of general accounting principles and terminology is desiredExperience with applicant tracking systems, experience with iCIMS is preferred Ability to obtain a US security clearance (US citizenship required)Kearney & Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all qualified applicants without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, disability, protected veteran status or any other classification protected by law.If you would like to request a reasonable accommodation, regarding accessibility of our website, a modification or adjustment of the job application or interview process due to a disability, please call 703-236-2391 or email [Click Here to Email Your Resume].
