Specialized Experience:
GS-12: You must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-11 level in the Federal service that included experience such as:
- Selecting the evaluation and analysis techniques for specific stakeholder needs
- Developing new approaches for conducting complex, comprehensive studies dealing with issues affecting administrative management
- Developing recommendations that address issues affecting the organization's ability to accomplish its mission and improve productivity
