•\tSupport the financial operations of the Shady Grove Medical Center and its affiliates (Including Shady Grove Hospital, Behavior Health, Cancer Center); will also provide support to other entities in the system (i.e. hospitals, physician practices, etc.) on an as needed basis.
•\tParticipate in the annual budget process through:
o\tmanaging, updating and maintaining the budget software for entities of responsibility
o\tdeveloping, coordinating and providing education to department leaders
o\tperforming account analysis, trend review and volume projections
o\troutinely updating and interacting with senior entity leadership
•\tWork with clinical departments, understanding various service lines operations and providing financial support to leadership.
•\tCompilation and issuance of routine deliverables, in conjunction with the monthly accounting close process.
•\tProcess biweekly and monthly labor productivity and workforce management reporting
•\tCreate metrics, KPI's, scorecards based on statistical analysis using both financial and clinical knowledge
•\tSupport the preparation and compilation of presentations for upper level management.
•\tAttend, participate in, and present at meetings with upper level management.
•\tIdentify trends and developments in competitive environments and present findings.
•\tIdentify new and enhance current sources of information to improve the decision-making process
