Human Capital Data and Systems Specialist

Key Role:

Provide both quantitative and qualitative analysis and recommendations to improve organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, human capital and culture, IT, enterprise cost reduction, management practices, and cost drivers under general supervision. Consult on identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to improve client performance, including revenue, profitability, and mission achievement. Improve operations and increase process efficiency. Examine less complex systems and consult on the development of specific cost reduction solutions and business case analyses to support transformation efforts. Serve as a practitioner with more than one area of expertise in the management consulting pillars and other functional communities.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with data management principles, database administration principles and tools, data joins, and data cleaning and preparation
-Experience with using Microsoft Office tools for data management, reporting, and analysis, including Access, Excel, and VBA

-Ability to work at the client site five days per week

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with HCIT and HRIS, retrieval and query languages and interfaces, reporting and analytic technologies, and automation and programming

-Experience with using Python for automation and predictive analytics
