RESEARCH OFFICER

Research Officer for Promundo-US in Washington, DC. Requires Master's degree in Research Methods and/or Program Evaluation or closely related + at least 2 years of post-bachelor's degree experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research in at least one of Promundo's core thematic areas (Research for Action/Early Childhood Development & Fatherhood/Prevention of Violence/Conflict and Security/Economic Justice/Youth and Equality), including experience with rigorous evaluation designs (e.g. Randomized Controlled Trials and/or quasi-randomized designs) and the use of complex statistical analysis using statistical software SPSS and/or Stata + publication of at least one scholarly journal article in the field relevant to Promundo's core thematic areas.
