TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST LOCATION: Washington, DC – Northwest (metro-accessible) Top-tier litigation firm seeks a Technical Support Specialist with general fluency in Windows 10 and Mac environments to provide general support for users using Office 365, PC Law, and Acrobat. Qualified candidates will possess: Law firm experience along with litigation support skills and strong Mac technical knowledge. Experience with legal database products, processing document productions with software such as LAW, and managing document review systems such as InControl. Experience with creating/supporting VMs. Seeking a quick learner who can master and support a range of applications. The ability to work and communicate with lawyers and support staff and provide hands-on support and technical troubleshooting of applications is required along with excellent communication skills, good decision-making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
