Aerotek is currently supporting a Civil and Land Development Engineering firm in Baltimore County for the hire of a Construction Coordinator. This is a long term opportunity to join a reputable engineering firm in the greater Baltimore area.This person will act as the liaison between engineers, architects and contractors. They will be responsible for handling all construction documents including: RFI, Submittals, Change-orders, blueprints etc. Qualifications:-3+ years of experience working with construction documents. -Experience interacting with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors. -Ability to utilize project management software similar to Pro-Core or Ebuilder.-Experience working in the civil/site field either on engineering or construction side. -Experience performing site visits.
