The Human Resources Concierge aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, and data entry. The Human Resources Concierge maintains positive employee relations and work to ensure worker satisfaction through education of policies and by fostering a positive work environment. The Human Resources Concierge should have strong communication and organizational skills in addition to being detail-oriented. This role will support the Director of Operations as needed. Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and support to consultants Manage and process on-boarding, change requests, and off-boarding paperwork Conduct drug and background screening for all new hires Manage and document all consultant related issues Help employees and supervisors settle work-related conflicts through advice and recommendation Ensure compliance with state and local requirements in states where local office conducts business Welcome visitors, in person or on the phone, as well as answering or referring inquiries as needed Other duties as assigned Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree required 1+ years of human resources experience preferred Ability to work well with others while also taking direction and completing tasks independently Desired Skills: Proficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Exceptional customer service, approachability, and whatever it takes mentality Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
