ATCS PLC is looking for a high-achieving and dedicated Lead Recruiter to join our growing company as a member of our Herndon, Virginia office. The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing our Talent Acquisition function and will be responsible for providing hands on recruiting and sourcing support. The selected candidate will be a subject matter expert regarding talent acquisition and will provide day to day oversight of recruiting staff. The Lead Recruiter will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent. The selected candidate must be able to thrive in a high growth, fast paced atmosphere and be a true business partner to our business leaders. Responsibilities . Maintain and report on recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, recruiter production, etc.), providing management with regular status updates, identifying problem areas and recommending solutions. . Lead the full life-cycle recruitment process to include sourcing, screening applicants, offers, scheduling interviews, pre-employment screening, and overall moving candidates through the hiring process. . Form strategic partnerships with company stakeholders to identify/forecast talent demand and develop workforce planning strategies . Identify, develop, and implement innovative sourcing strategies and networks to generate a pipeline of qualified candidates. . Manage recruiting vendor contracts and partnerships. . Serve as the subject matter expert on Talent Acquisition and as an advisor to the business and the Talent Acquisition team. . Coordinate and implement recruiting programs including campus, military and diversity initiatives. . Strategically leverage recruiting and internet sources, including databases, college campuses, search engines, job boards, social media, user groups, and blogs sourcing techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates. . Stay current on company organizational structure, personnel policy and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. . Participate in local professional networking groups, job fairs, and other recruiting events and serve as liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, trade groups and industry associations. Significant talent acquisition and sourcing experience in an Engineering or similar environment; ability to act as subject matter expert regarding all facets of talent acquisition. Proven ability to develop, analyze and report on a variety of recruiting related metrics. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead a variety of recruiting programs and initiatives. Skilled in utilizing Deltek Talent Management or other Applicant Tracking Systems. Strong proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and SharePoint. Effective oral and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal, organizational and coaching skills as well as attention to detail. Significant knowledge of various employment laws and practices. Ability and willingness to travel for recruiting events and to be able to maintain a flexible work schedule. Education and Experience A bachelor's degree is required. Eight years of human resources experience required; preferably in a corporate recruiting environment.
