The Financial Analyst will be responsible for partnering with a dynamic FP A team to drive results across the organization. Primary responsibilities will include annual plan, monthly forecasting, actuals analysis, and ad hoc strategic support for a dynamic cross functional team. Responsibilities include: - Key member of a cross functional team by supporting direct supervisors, operations and Executive Management by performing strategic business analysis and identifying opportunities for operational process improvement - In depth weekly analysis to drive KPIs and foster an environment of continuous optimization - Work with FP A team and independently across the company to provide analysis and insight to key stakeholders, including company leadership, in core process as well as on a project basis including profit opportunities - Communicate clearly and simply to non-financial functions in order to articulate complex financial concepts in order to drive change and create value - Drive internal process improvements and continually identify opportunities for automation to allow the team to perform analytics - Responsible for forecasting various elements of the PL, creating process and models where necessary to improve quality of insight and speed - Create models, analysis and presentations that condense complex topics into actionable information - Build and generate analysis from a variety of different data sources and functional groups on a global basis - Ad hoc analytics and other duties, including special projects, as assigned - Support and adhere to strong internal control policies and procedures and identify areas where improvements can be made.
