Key responsibilities: - Conceptualize and design for web. - Has experience working on web design projects and has a portfolio to show. - Work with clients, team members, and/or independently to assess needs of the projects and create/execute engaging designs. - Strong attention to detail and a user-centered design approach.- Understanding of HTML/CSS, knowledgeable about best practices for preparing digital assets for web - Knowledge of Dreamweaver, Flash, ImageReady. - Talented Adobe Creative Suite skills. - Experience delivering production ready digital assets in a variety of digital formats to support: website/landing pages, email, advertising, promotions, social, ecommerce, presentations, and more. - Proficient in explaining design concepts and the decisions behind their work. - Google Analytics, Axure, and/or Front End Development skills are a plus!
