The Accounting Administrator will be an integral part of the Accounting team focusing on accounts payable and administrative support. Position Reports toSenior Accounting Manager Primary Responsibilities Serve as administrator of the 3rd party accounts payable software for Avendra, LLC Manage accounts payable mailboxes for AVUS and AVBE File Avendra Replenishment (AVUS), BuyEfficient (AVBE), and Avendra Canada (AVCN) Mail Replenishment accounts payable checks to vendors Input AVCN, AVBE and AVUS manual invoices Respond to AVUS, AVBE and AVCN vendor inquiries and research vendor statements Run monthly report on LLC, BE, and Canada unclaimed property and follow-up with vendors Secondary Responsibilities Provide overall administrative support to the Accounting department including support for tax return filings and the annual and quarterly audits Request and maintain vendor W9s and work with G/L Staff account to ensure that vendors are correctly set up Prepare and mail 1099 reports to vendors annually Backup for Accounting Administrator, Accounts Payable Primary Competencies ` Functional/Technical Skills Planning and Organization Results Orientation Other Duties. Qualifications: Role Requirements Well-organized, detail-oriented, able to effectively manage multiple priorities Proficient in accounting software, Excel, and Word Overnight Travel Requirements. Type: None Years of Relevant Experience. 2-4 years of experience Education Requirements.
