The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. Will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our technical/non -technical positions.Responsibilities* Source candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referrals* Understand technology, technical roles and technical skills* Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to the position requirements* Pre-Screen candidates* Coordinate with Hiring Managers to schedule phone and in-person interviews* Manage requisition activity and candidate status within the applicant tracking system(iCIMS) and SuccessFactors for offers* Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process * Responsible for working on both "live" and "contingent" requirements* Confer with Hiring Managers to identify recruiting needs develop effective recruiting plans and strategies* assess assigned positions to develop job descriptions and job candidate profiles* Check references* Update job boards accordingly* Ensure regulatory aspects of the full cycle recruitment process is compliant with federal and state legislation* Extend offers of employment within company procedures* Manage the job offer including negotiation and administration* Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends* Job/ Career Fairs - Possess a motivated & competitive attitude with the ability to work individually and in a team environmentAbout Aerotek: We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
