We are looking for a passionate outcome-oriented, highly driven Business Development Sales Professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who will help us achieve significant revenue targets to join our Enterprise Information Management group, while simultaneously helping our clients understand how to get best-in-class Cloud, Security and IT Technology Services. Tech Tammina is a fast-growing enterprise consulting company, and our Sales team is the key to our explosive growth. The client will be accountable for focusing on and generating business through sales in primarily medium to large size accounts. The Candidate is capable of taking an opportunity from identification, though qualification and to closure. Job Description: Business Development/Sales manager Location: Herndon, VA Duration: Full-time Required Skills: * Minimum of 3 years of services sales or professional consulting experience. Experience in Enterprise Information Management sales and in selling and speaking to enterprise solutions. Ability to speak about technology solutions including but not limited to Data Governance, Master Data Management, ESB, SOA, BPM and Complex Event Processing. * Candidate must be willing to travel up to 100% to client locations (Must be willing to travel to client sites and conferences as needed). * Ability to understand business problems, identify and recommend solution at a high level that can help customers achieves their goals. * Significant knowledge of/experience with Strategic Selling, Solution Selling, and Target Account Selling. * Demonstrated successful experience identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities. Education: * Bachelor or Masters degree in business or related field or a minimum of three (3) years of business experience that is related to the Business Development Associate position.
