Job Summary Implement mission/flight assurance plans for individual spacecraft flight hardware programs addressing design, manufacturing, integration, and test activities in accordance with company and contractual requirements. Works as a member of an integrated product team with Northrop Grumman Safety & Mission Assurance staff in various groups to address technical issues, meet program requirements and ensure mission success. Interface with customers, vendors, and with Northrop Grumman Manufacturing, Integration & Test and Engineering organizations to identify and resolve mission/flight assurance issues. Provide support to program Flight Assurance Manager in review of various activities. Job Responsibilities Executes quality standards for receiving, in-process, and final inspection in accordance with company and contractual requirements. Performs in-process and final inspections on product throughout work centers and ensure product build documentation review and end-item data package review is being done in accordance with ISO specifications. Review and populate program-specific component level engineering documents and work instructions against internal guidelines/ standards. Identifies deficiencies in processes. Review nonconformance reports to identify trends and reports to management. Collects data for Program and Mission Assurance reviews. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Engineering Executes quality standards for receiving, in-process, and final inspection in accordance with company and contractual requirements.
