Recruiting Manager, Sales Job Description We are currently in search of a highly motivated Manager to join our Recruiting team at our state-of-the-art headquarters in Washington, DC. The Recruiting Manager for the Sales organization will manage a team that recruits for our growing salesforce across North America, from entry level to management level positions. The Sales organization continues to grow and evolve, incorporating new products and sales cycles as we acquire companies and expand our portfolio of offerings. You will grow the recruiting team into a nimble and responsive team that can flex to changes as needed. You will have the opportunity to streamline the hiring process, implement new assessment tools and practices, and coach a dynamic team to greatness. A key element for success in this position is the ability to work closely with the account team to understand and dissect their needs, and rapidly develop and roll out a plan of action. Tracking and reporting on progress is also critical to success, so you should have a solid grasp of reporting, metrics and analysis. In this role, you will also be an integral part of developing and implementing talent acquisition processes and strategies, and helping the organization adapt to those processes. EXPERIENCE: The most successful candidate for this role will have solid core recruiting skills and experience managing a team responsible for fast-paced high volume hiring. You will know how to build and manage a candidate profile, develop a sourcing strategy, properly assess candidate qualifications and present and close opportunities effectively. You will have a drive for results, be inquisitive, perpetuate a sales and service orientation towards clients and candidates, and be a strong relationship builder; in addition you should be able to adjust easily in a dynamic environment and have passion for the company and your craft. Finally, you should know the market, understand business strategy and priorities, and be able to build and grow talent networks. Experience leading a small team in a high pressure environment, providing coaching, encouragement, direction, and prioritization as well as tracking and measuring success. A mix of agency, RPO, and/or corporate recruiting experience a plus - should have experience working in a deadline-driven and fast paced environment. Creative and realistic, as well as results-driven and business savvy with a strong customer service orientation. You should be able to adjust easily in a dynamic environment and have passion for the company and your craft. Proven success leading a team through full life cycle recruitment efforts, as well as pipeline building and management. Proven ability to proactively work with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process Experience using an applicant tracking system (we use Workday) as well as LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social recruiting platforms; experience utilizing job boards, target company cold-calling, and other sourcing mechanisms to identify candidates. Excel fluency is required. Knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws and/or government compliance regulations that affect recruitment. BA/BS Degree Required.
