Core Responsibilities of this position include: Applying accounting standards in the preparation of financial statements Assisting with coordination and preparation of forms filed with the SEC Supporting quarterly and annual financial reporting responsibilities Qualifications for this position include: BA/BS in accounting or finance required 5-7 years of experience in accounting SEC reporting experience Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX Strong analytical skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment
