Details for IT Help Desk: Schedule: Monday- Friday; 8:30AM-4:30PM Pay Rate: $20 Contract to Permanent Job Responsibilities & Description for IT Help Desk: Receive, prioritize, and address help desk requests Coordinate and set up webinars and meetings through conferencing technologies. Ensure efficiency of repairs and solutions to internal technology systems, software, and hardware. Maintain accurate asset inventory, coordinate disposal of items when necessary. Aid in coordination of timely upgrades and software roll-outs for internal and external customers. Lead new hire orientations to internal technology systems Support organizational efforts to create equitable, inclusive, and diverse opportunities for the children and families of Baltimore City.
