A fitness management software company is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative. Must be able to: Review accounts and answering customer questions Work on billing updates, provide cancellation or freeze services, resolve account delinquencies and disputes Assist with inbound and outbound calls from fitness club members and staff Applicants must meet the following qualifications: Has a minimum of 1 year experience in a call center setting Has a stable work history and takes pride in punctuality and attendance High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate Has experience with the AS400, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Windows 8.1 and above Minimum 500 MB free hard drive space
