Keystone provides Audit, Accounting, and Advisory Services in the areas of financial and administrative management, organizational and business improvement, program management support, budget support, financial analytical services and reconciliation, technology management and staff augmentation to leading Accounting and Audit firms in Chicago, Washington, DC and other metropolitan areas. Keystone is looking for a Senior Subject Matter Specialist in Alexandria, VA. The Senior Subject Matter Specialist will Conduct tests of design effectiveness, functional and technical auditing, including the performance of financial, operational and/or IT audits in DoD. Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:Conducting walkthroughs to assess design effectiveness and the ability to rapidly identify compensating or secondary mitigating controls.Performing Functional and Technical audit duties, including the performance of financial, operational and/or IT audits.Education/Experience:BS/BA Degree in accounting, finance, business, information systems or related field.Must have 10 years of experience in conducting financial, operation or IT audits.Experience with DoD audits and accounting is required.10 years or more of functional and technical accounting and auditing, including the performance of financial statement, operational and/or IT audits for Department of Defense, federal agencies, and/or commercial Fortune 400 organizations.Certifications/Training/Security Clearance:Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or other relevant professional certifications.Must Be A US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.Desired Skills:Experience on DLA audit related engagements preferred.Management experience in federal audit and accounting.Strong technical knowledge of and experience in applying Office of Management & Budget (OMB) guidance, Federal Accounting Standards Advisory Board (FASAB) standards, USSGL, and Government Accountability Office (GAO) Yellow Book.Practical application and use of OMB guidance to include OMB Circular A-123, A-136, etc.Practical application and use of US Air Force, DoD and/or Federal financial management policies and procedures.Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively with auditors, specifically the IG Community and/or the GAO.Compensation PackageCompetitive SalaryPaid Time Off401K MatchHealth Insurance package available
